I’m a twenty something barely 30yo living in south-east Queensland with my partner, two cats and a tank of fish. I initially had another blog which I had thought to make entirely about my two cats which evolved into something which was more about my life in general. It became less about the cats, more about me, then less about me and more about our lifestyle. I bought the domain for Eucalyptus Country in 2008, thinking that I would make it only about environmental issues. But with time being less and less for blogging these days, I decided to leave the cat stuff on Moggie Madness and have the stuff that’s more about me here.

It makes a lot of sense to me. We live in this glorious area of SE Queensland where within 2 mins of our house is beautiful eucalyptus bushland and it has been a pleasure to get to know our new surroundings on foot and by bike.

Many thanks to Leigh for hosting this site and for her ongoing help for any and all things technical that are beyond my understanding. The original idea for the blog may have evolved somewhat but I wouldn’t have thought of starting it in the first place if she hadn’t encouraged me to do so.
