I have a confession to make. I have an addiction that I feed almost daily….and it’s all Barbara’s fault! She came to the Pink Ribbon Breakfast a month ago and introduced me to mixing sour cream with Tang and using it as a fruit dip. Like some others I’ve since tried to introduce it to, I was a little dubious. But now I am hooked!
And to make matters worse, there is now a Mango Tang which Leigh was more than happy to supply me with through the post since my supermarket appears to be strangely Mango Tang deficient. I had just a tiny taste of it tonight and I think it could be potentially more addictive than standard Tang. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

I’m glad you have reminded me of this i will try to remember to make it for the BBQ for DH 60th
